Group Classes
will provide you with motivation,
encouragement and support.
We are
continually challenging you to Feel The
Difference with experienced instruction
and guidance.
American Health Fitness Center
uses
class and instructor training guidelines of
national aerobic certification agencies,
plus recommendations of the American College
of Sports Medicine. Our
members always feel confident that our class
selection and format is personally designed,
screened, and approved in
order to increase flexibility,
strengthen muscles, and enhance
cardiovascular endurance.
American Health Fitness Center
includes several types of group classes
including Pool
Classes.
Each type of class has its own level of
difficulty. Please read the descriptions
below to determine which are best suited for
you. Most classes have an abdominal (mid
section) session and stretch at the end.

- We hope that you can arrive on time for
any class you choose to participate in,
but if you are unable to, please join
in when you can!! Please warm up

Kick Box Cardio -
Move with force while you Kick, Punch, and Sweat in
this Heart Pounding, Muscle Conditioning
Workout.
Cardio
Core / Rock Your Core
- A Total Body Cardio experience using a Medicine
Ball to chisel the Middle. You will see the
difference! Do this at least once per week &
watch!!!
Bosu Cardio
/ Strength
- A fitness must...... Challenge your
balance, core, & total body communication with
this fun cardio workout. Challenge your
strength and balance together - wow
Cardio Circuit
- The time flies along
with your body from step to rebounding to bosu to
med. balls to cableflex etc. (Get the Picture)
H/L Aerobics
- A fun Cardio workout that can be done with or
without impact.
Muscle Pump / Body
Sculpt - A
total body muscle conditioning workout using body
bars, resistance tubing, weights, med. balls etc.
Floor Pump
is more of the same lying down!
Cycle Classes
Pour out the sweat, imagination, and calories
Cableflex
- A personal adjustable cable unit is used to sculpt
the shoulders, arms, back, sides, legs, mid section
etc.
Rebounding
- A fun & exhilarating
non-impact cardio workout that allows you to push
the limits without causing the negative impact on
the body.
Stability Ball
- A large stability / balance ball is used to target
the core as well as the upper & lower body.
Pilates / Yoga -
Lengthen, tone,
and stretch the entire body while learning to breath
properly for maximum benefit.
Corepole - This is a Real must do for everyone!!
