Groups of 2 to 4 can meet for a semi-private experience for a fraction of the cost. American Health offers several fun, effective group plans, including total body workouts, gravity training, and a variety of weight and cardio options. We limit our groups to 4 people, so the trainer can still work closely with each member.

Our gravity training class includes a total body workout using gravity trainers. Through the use of adjustable inclined resistance training on a freely moving glide board, each participant uses their body weight against the pull of gravity to efficiently and simultaneously work multiple upper and lower body muscle groups and core stabilizers.
